Our Policies

Clear, respectful policies designed to protect your time, ensure a smooth experience, and maintain the highest standard of care at Rosé Aesthetics & Wellness.

  • A Good Faith Exam is a quick medical checkup required by Texas law before you can start treatments like Botox, IV therapy, or weight-loss injections.

A licensed medical provider will review your health history and check the treatment area to make sure the procedure is perfectly safe for you.

This exam can be done in person or through a video call, and it must happen before your very first visit or if you decide to try a brand-new service.

  • A non‑refundable deposit is required to secure all injectable, microneedling, and wellness appointments.

This deposit is applied toward your service total at the time of your appointment.

All payments are due at the time services are rendered.

We accept: credit/debit cards, cash, and approved payment plans.

  • Rosé Aesthetics & Wellness reserves the right to update service offerings, pricing, and policies at any time.

Changes will be reflected on our website and booking platform.

  • To respect the time of all clients, please arrive on time for your appointment.

Clients arriving 10 minutes or more late may need to be rescheduled, and the appointment will be considered a late cancellation.

A late cancellation fee will apply.

  • We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

No‑show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

    • This fee covers the preparation for your appointment and the reserved time that could have been offered to another client.

  • Rosé Aesthetics & Wellness is committed to protecting your personal health information.

All medical and personal information shared during consultations, appointments, or communication is kept confidential in accordance with HIPAA privacy standards.
